China（Xi’an） International Food exhibition (Hereinafter referred to as “Xi’an Food Expo”) has been successfully held for ten sessions. As a large-scale brand exhibition which has been key cultivated by Shaanxi Province for over 10 years, Xi’an Food Expo has become one of the most influential food industry events in the mid-west area. Our total spectator has reached a number of 53,800; visitors has reached 1.75 million, and the turnover is as high as 2.56 billion (RMB). The Food Expo has built an integrated service platform which combined trading, exchange and communication for the enterprises to open up and consolidate the Northwest market; build better brand image; expand their product sale and other aspects, which played a positive role in promoting commerce.
This year our Food Expo will be themed as “ Digital Exhibition drives the integration of the food industry and The Belt and Road.” And applying the topic of “Green – Innovation – Integration- Development”. The Food Expo has been promoting the food industry to develop with both innovation and integration, pushing the production and marketing docking upgrade. >>>6. Notice of participation
§ Exhibitors must fill in the “contract form” and stamped with the official seal, mail for faxed to the organizing Committee.
§ Exhibitors shall remit the relevant fees to the designated account of the organizing Committee within 7 days after the registration.
§ The organizing committee shall have the right to adjust the number of booths with the principle of “first registration first get, first payment first arrangement”.
§ The Exhibitors Handbook (including the transportation of the products and accommodation, Etc.) will be issued at 15 days before the exhibition.
§ Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibits, product packaging, the promotional materials do not involve infringing acts.
